About the role
- Instrumentation & Controls Engineer joining Resilience Water team to lead I&C and SCADA design projects. Supporting diverse clients and projects in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and design services to produce design & construction documents for projects.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, and electrical engineers assigned to the project and prepare technical memorandums and develop design criteria.
- Support electrical engineering and developing electrical design to support the I&C systems design.
- Conduct factory testing, site acceptance testing, field checkout, and startup of I&C and SCADA system startups.
- Program process control logic in PLCs and configure graphical HMI for SCADA system on a variety of platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a closely related field of study
- 5+ years of I&C, Automation, and SCADA system design and implementation experience in water/wastewater market.
- EIT/Professional Engineer license.
