Responsibilities
Manage property managers across Germany with a focus on homeowners' associations (WEG) and acquire new customers by phone
Work closely on the implementation of the sales strategy
Understand customers' pain points and maintain an awareness of the residential property sector
Develop concepts for phone-based customer outreach
Use the Techem story to convince your customers
Present customer-specific offers
Close contracts and ensure continuous customer penetration (B2B)
Prepare all collected data and information in the CRM system
Think in terms of holistic solutions and consider consultative advising as an integral part of your sales work for cross- and upselling
Continuously acquire new knowledge about property managers and Techem's services and solutions for your customers
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in sales, or the drive and determination to work actively in telesales
Strong skills in phone and video call acquisition
Excellent negotiation skills on the phone
Service-oriented mindset and approach
Good communication and presentation skills on the phone
Good CRM knowledge
Knowledge of the residential property sector and the energy market is an advantage
