About the role
- Assisting in planning and executing field service operations for cash machine recovery and support. The role involves monitoring operational techniques and ensuring SLA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule the execution itinerary of activities
- Provide assistance, support and monitor field technicians and vendors at operational units
- Meet proposed deadlines and conditions
- Maximize the availability of the ATM network and ensure compliance with SLAs for other company services
- Provide support to supervisors and managers of operational units
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma
- Higher education in progress or completed preferred in Administration, Economics, Psychology, Marketing, Process Management, Engineering or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are important
- Familiarity with mapping tools such as Google Earth, Google Maps and QGIS (preferred)
- Experience with routing/logistics scheduling is desirable
- Experience providing proactive or inbound support to internal and/or external customers
