Work with social media teams on engagement-focused campaigns.
Contribute to email and SMS marketing initiatives by coordinating copy and creative.
Monitor fashion, anime culture, and digital trends to inform campaign direction.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across the Design, Growth, and Talent teams.
Manage marketing budgets carefully and monitor campaign costs.
Review campaign performance metrics to identify which creative approaches are performing effectively.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in apparel marketing, fashion marketing, or consumer brand marketing.
Strong visual literacy and the ability to communicate creative concepts through tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
Strong interest in anime culture and familiarity with how anime aesthetics intersect with fashion and apparel branding.
Demonstrated strengths in creative thinking, team communication skills, results orientation, and strategic judgment.
