About the role
- HR Specialist managing recruitment and HR tasks for TDG, a Zurich Group subsidiary. Collaborating with leadership to ensure positive candidate experiences and efficient onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage recruitment for sales and service employees
- Handle full applicant management using an intuitive ATS (Softgarden) and coordinate closely with managers (pre-selection, interviews)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding
- Support time tracking (Peopleware/Injixo)
- Assist with maintenance of employee master data and preparation of interim and final employment references
- General HR day-to-day tasks and employee support
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with an HR focus
- Several years of experience in HR
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a sales or telesales environment with high hiring volumes
- Experience with HR systems, ideally timekeeping (Peopleware)
- Structured, independent, discreet and reliable working style
