About the role
- Senior Manager Information Security leading team of Technology Controls experts at TD. Developing strategies and minimizing technology risks across organization while liaising with executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage/leads a team of Technology Controls / Information Security experts
- Develop/manage relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies
- Provide specialized oversight/control/governance activities for key business lines or transformational initiatives
- Liaise across the organization and interface with executive and/or functional stakeholders to minimize technology risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Information security certification / accreditation an asset
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Cloud Security, Security Engineering, or DevSecOps experience
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical pods
- Deep expertise in CNAPP platforms (Wiz preferred), CWPP / Runtime security, Compliance as Code, Kubernetes and container security, Data security and classification frameworks, Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Experience operating in regulated environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
