About the role

• Senior Manager IGA Product Owner at TD managing Information Security teams. Overseeing strategies, programs, and minimizing technology risks to the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Manages/leads a team of Technology Controls / Information Security experts in the development and/or management of relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks and policies
• Provides specialized oversight / control / governance activities for a key business line/segment or transformational strategic initiative/program
• Liaises across the organization and primarily interfaces with executive and/or functional stakeholders to minimize overall technology risks to the Bank for own area
• Oversees/manages a team or group(s) of moderate to large size, scope, risk and complexity
• Provides thought leadership and is future-focused

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Information security certification / accreditation an asset
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM, with 6+ years in Product Management, Business Architecture, Sail Point or Capability Leadership
• Demonstrated experience defining IAM/IGA capabilities in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of: SailPoint IIQ or equivalent IGA platforms, RBAC/ABAC models, Lifecycle management, Attestation & certification, SoD design & governance, Provisioning and access request patterns
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks including SOX, NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder governance and alignment across technical, business, and risk teams
• Experience working with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
• Self-driven leader with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving large-scale transformation.
