Requirements

- Deeply thoughtful about your products, backed by a mix of quantitative and qualitative insights
- Excited about owning business outcomes
- Passion for small business owners and helping them be successful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience making decisions in high-ambiguity, low-data environments (Bonus)
- Experience building products from 0 to 1, and not only building the products themselves but the processes around them to ensure they’re utilized effectively (Bonus)
