Responsibilities
Oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of initiatives led by Revenue Operations.
Optimize business outcomes by implementing best practices in people, processes, and systems within Tanium.
Develop project plans to meet SLAs.
Identify technological and procedural solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for both customer experience and internal departments.
Provide measurable input into Revenue Operations' strategy.
Shape new processes, standards, and operational plans that directly impact the team's overall results.
Foster open communication within the team by setting a positive example.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with over 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CPQ, Power BI strongly preferred.
Experience in collaborating with sales teams and sales support teams.
Strong project management skills with a keen focus on meeting deadlines and creating thorough business requirement documentation.
Track record of success throughout the project development lifecycle, including design, build, test, UAT, cutover, deploy, and operationalize phases.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results that go beyond expectations.
Strong appreciation for utilizing business intelligence to achieve desired business outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment and demonstrate self-starting initiative.
