- Elaborar dictámenes, reportes y expedientes que respalden decisiones institucionales.
- Gestionar incidentes ante aseguradoras, autoridades o PRYBE cuando aplique.
- Elaborar reportes de pérdidas, recuperaciones y tiempos de afectación, para identificar áreas de oportunidad y riesgos.
- Aclarar dudas y orientar sobre procedimientos ante incidencias a clientes internos.
- Presentar recursos legales y denuncias cuando los hechos lo requieran.
Requirements
- Lic. En Administración, Contaduría Pública, finanzas o Gestión Empresarial
- 2 a 3 años de experiencia en integración e interpretación de indicadores y investigación de incidentes
- Dominio básico de Emulador, Cyber Financial y Office
- Disponibilidad para viajar
