About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate project planning, keeping schedules, milestones, risks, scope, and key metrics up to date.
- Ensure adherence to internal project management methodologies, governance processes, and PMO routines.
- Monitor capacity, effort, dependencies, costs, and delivery status.
- Organize, lead, and document follow-up meetings (committees, status reports, steering, etc.).
- Act to mitigate risks and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Serve as the liaison between business areas, technical teams (SAP, integrations, and satellite systems), and vendors.
- Translate high-level business needs into structured guidance for development and support teams.
- Monitor functional and technical deliverables and integrations between SAP systems and satellite solutions.
- Prepare and communicate executive reports (status reports, dashboards, project health indicators).
- Support quality assurance of deliverables, overseeing testing phases (SIT, UAT) and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders, maintaining a clear view of scope, changes, and impacts.
- Coordinate approval workflows, documentation, and project control processes.
- Assist in defining and documenting high-level requirements, ensuring clarity for functional and technical design.
- Map AS-IS/TO-BE processes only when necessary to support project decisions.
- Contribute to defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and minimal supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT project management, PMO, and IT governance (ITIL).
- Experience with projects involving SAP S/4HANA and satellite systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management best practices (PMI, Agile, hybrid).
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to integrate across cross-functional areas.
- Experience with management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Planner, DevOps, etc.).
- Advanced spoken English.
