About the role
- Staff Product Manager for Grubhub delivering world-class products enabling Merchant operations and growth. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to innovate and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Craft and define the vision, strategy and plan for areas of Merchant Product.
- Manage Grubhub for Restaurants Orders & Menus, Promotional & Operational Analytics, and non-marketplace order supply growth.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer interviews to inform product strategy.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Socialize roadmaps with key business stakeholders and gather input.
- Lead projects through the definitional stages and ensure problem statements and goals are articulated clearly.
- Act as an owner, accountable for the execution of the project.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in software development leadership, product management, program management, or similar roles within an Agile environment.
- BA/BS.
- Ability to collaborate with C-level executives across broad organizations including technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
- Direct experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms, A/B testing, web and native mobile application environments, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated experience working across the technology teams from UX to data science and backend teams.
- Strong technical understanding for area of product development and demonstrates an advanced understanding at the architecture level.
- Significant experience with SQL using queries, reports and dashboards.
- Superior communication skills.
