About the role

  • Performance Analyst defining strategies and analyzing KPIs to support decision making at Tahto. Involves leading initiatives for operational efficiency and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategies, seeking best practices and solutions to maximize the performance of the area and teams;
  • Provide recommendations and support decision-making aligned with business strategy and value creation for the company;
  • Analyze and monitor deep-dive KPI reviews and their financial impacts;
  • Ensure and regularly validate results through KPI analyses;
  • Generate analytical KPIs and dashboards tracking KPIs for Resolution and Operational Efficiency;
  • Design and monitor a model for tracking critical KPIs;
  • Provide inputs for PDCA and COPC cycles for critical KPIs;
  • Execute and present sprint outcomes/feedback to managers;
  • Propose cross-referencing of data sources to uncover analytical insights in critical cases;
  • Source company data for cross-analyses and business insights (propose new analyses);
  • Support implementation of new projects, aligned with the organization’s strategy and needs;
  • Review and address operational questions about procedures, seeking clear answers;
  • Assess, together with your manager, the technical feasibility of implementing requested new features and services, verifying implementation viability;
  • Ensure your team has full knowledge of the working tools and systems;
  • Ensure SLA compliance for quality actions, applying consequence-based balancing;
  • Perform other duties related to the role.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree;
  • Experience with SLA management preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge of outsourced call center service processes preferred;
  • Intermediate knowledge in establishing strategies and guidelines preferred;
  • Intermediate knowledge in delegating and managing conflicts preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge in People Management preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge in KPI analysis and interpretation and their financial impacts preferred;
  • Intermediate knowledge of PDCA and COPC management models preferred;
  • Basic experience with standards and certifications preferred.
