You have experience in IT project management and want to develop further? Share your knowledge as an Instructor for Project Management at the Syntax Institute!
As an instructor, you introduce our participants to the world of IT project management and teach the fundamentals of successful project delivery.
You demonstrate how to plan projects precisely, organize them efficiently, and manage them confidently.
You work with realistic case studies and deepen participants’ knowledge using the PRINCE2 methodology, including targeted preparation for the PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
You deliver daily online teaching (e‑lectures, live demonstrations) in the mornings and support participants with self-study, practical assignments, intensive groups, and office hours (supported by a Teaching Assistant).
You create practice-oriented learning materials in close collaboration with our product team.
You actively support participants in successfully completing the module, coordinate task processing as well as assessment and reporting.
Requirements
In-depth teaching and IT expertise: You have several years of experience in IT project management.
Teaching experience or qualification: You have already gained initial experience as a trainer or hold an instructor qualification (e.g., Train‑the‑Trainer).
Ideally certified in PRINCE2 Foundation and/or as a Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner.
Enthusiasm for digitalization: affinity for online teaching / e‑learning and web-based learning platforms.
Strong presence: fluent German and a confident demeanor enable you to conduct the course in German.
Ease of communication: you enjoy sharing your knowledge and can explain complex topics clearly and simply.
