Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day creative production tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Drive the team to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality
- Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors and production coordinators
- Identify skill gaps within the team and provide training
- Track and analyze key production metrics and report to leadership
- Support communication across creative leaders and project management
- Manage project intake, task assignments, and on-time delivery of creative assets
- Resolve cross-functional design challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project coordination
- 5+ years of professional experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project coordination
- 2+ years of leadership experience in managing creative teams and complex projects
- Experience executing and overseeing lower-tier creative production tasks and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
