About the role

• Vice President, Threat Management leading Fidelity’s comprehensive threat management program across various business units. Ensuring safety for associates and customers through effective management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead Fidelity’s Threat Management Program across the global enterprise to ensure the safety of our associates and customers.
• Leads organizational threat management team and activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, project management, professional development, and process improvements.
• Works directly with several business units within the enterprise to deliver on the Threat Management Program’s objectives.
• Understanding their firm’s risk landscape, while engaging and executing on key initiatives while exercising sound judgement is a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements

• 15+ years of confirmed experience in threat management in a corporate or government environment is required.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best
• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership role(s) is required.
• Acute ability to cultivate relationships with business unit leadership and key business partners
• Exceptional ability to work independently and under pressure to handle critical time sensitive matters and priorities
• Advanced knowledge of the threat management framework, principles, and risk mitigation strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience is required.
