About the role

  • Marketing leader at Synchrony driving growth and profitability for home furnishings retail partners through strategic planning and execution. Collaborating with clients and leading digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and profitability for a portfolio of top home furnishings retail partners
  • Develop and execute growth plans aligned to partner business objectives
  • Optimize marketing investment to maximize incrementality and profitability
  • Lead in-store and digital marketing execution in collaboration with partners
  • Manage an integrated marketing calendar for each partner and ensure quality delivery of strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or (in lieu of a degree) high school diploma/GED with 10+ years marketing experience in credit card or financial services
  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
