About the role

Responsibilities
- Represent the marketing and growth organization in assigned platforms
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics

- Cross-functionally manage the presentation process
- Collaborate closely with business development teams and senior stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans detailing projected growth metrics
- Evolve Synchrony’s storytelling in the business development process
- Manage multiple business development deals concurrently
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 10 years of Business Development or Marketing experience in the financial services industry
- 8+ years of Client Marketing (B2B or B2B2C) or Business Development Marketing experience in the financial services industry
- Experience working with Synchrony, one of its client partners, or a competitive company.
- 5+ years of experience to include:
- Experience with marketing, organizational, and decision-making responsibilities
- Understanding of business development processes
- Cross functional team leadership experience
