About the role

  • Senior Analyst supporting the Scalable Marketing Measurement Team at Synchrony. Responsible for analytics and dashboard preparation to enhance marketing campaign insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Scalable Marketing Measurement Team in driving key initiatives related to Marketing Campaign Performance.
  • Prepare dashboards and perform data validation.
  • Engage with 3rd party partners to standardize and automate data feeds.
  • Collaborate across multiple time zones with onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of analytics experience; OR high school diploma and 4+ years of analytics experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in an analytics role.
  • 1+ years of experience in data visualization utilizing tools such as Tableau.
  • 1+ years of experience with statistical tools such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Strong experience with SQL, Python, and SAS.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytical tools (AWS, Azure, etc.).
