Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing support of business applications that enable operational excellence across a multi-site manufacturing organization.
Leads a small internal development team and oversees the lifecycle of internally developed and third-party business applications.
Focuses on application delivery, systems optimization, integration, and business alignment.
Manage the application portfolio, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business continuity.
Oversee full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of application-related issues.
Manage system integrations between CPQ, CRM, Order Entry, E-Com, ERP, MES, BI tools, and other operational systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of application development experience
3+ years in a leadership or team management role
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Experience supporting multiple systems and system integrations
Full-stack development knowledge (web, database, API integration)
Experience with SQL databases
Familiarity with ERP platforms common in manufacturing
Understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and version control
Experience with reporting/BI tools preferred.
