About the role
- Senior Analyst in charge of residential insurance operations at Suhai. Responsible for claims management and optimizing backoffice processes.
Responsibilities
- Structure, monitor and improve back-office/operations processes — from risk acceptance to end-to-end claims management
- Manage third-party vendors responsible for underwriting, back office and claims
- Create, monitor and evolve KPIs, SLAs, controls, workflows and quality standards
- Lead regular performance meetings
- Perform technical analysis of residential risks
- Analyze residential claims, evaluating cause, coverage, documentation and general conditions
- Decide on approvals, rejections, requests for additional information or escalation to specialized review
- Monitor regulators, service providers and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Administration, Engineering, Insurance Management, Economics, Business Process Management)
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in Insurance, Operations Management or Process Management are a plus
- Solid senior-level experience in insurance operations, preferably in Residential Insurance or Property & Casualty
- Experience across the full residential claims cycle (notification, adjustment/regulation, analysis, settlement)
- Interpretation of policies and general conditions
- Technical analysis of residential risk (individual and corporate)
- Creation and monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, operational controls and Quality Assurance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with CRMs, relationship platforms, workflow tools and BPM
