Drive urgency and excitement leading up to centre openings
Consistently hit and exceed pre-sales membership targets
Create, refine, and optimise **pre-sales scripts** (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups, objections)
Run **training sessions** for centre managers and team members on how to execute successful pre-sales
Build repeatable pre-sales frameworks that can be rolled out nationally and internationally
Coach and mentor centre teams on:
Selling memberships confidently
Handling objections
Booking appointments and closing sales
Provide feedback, role-plays, and performance improvement guidance
