Responsibilities
Shape annual marketing plans

Identify BD targets to drive top-line growth and competitive advantage
Connect product, portfolio, and business goals to brand vision and strategy
Guide teams in allocating and reallocating marketing resources to support brand loyalty, customer acquisition and retention
Advise on the planning and execution of multi-channel sales and marketing strategies
Supervise others in the use of data collection, analysis, reporting tools, and analytical techniques to support business decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of work experience
Experience working in the Medical device industry, marketing, or sales experience
MBA preferred
5+ years of medical device or marketing experience
2+ years of people management experience
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
