Responsibilities
Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
Lead on product demonstrations, answer data scoping questions, and address client concerns to help close deals.
Work closely with the sales team, providing value proposition expertise to support the sales process.
Help bridge the gap between technical complexities and client needs, ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the client's requirements.
Create and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and documentation to showcase how the product or solution meets the client's needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, the Global Intelligence team, and client success to ensure a seamless client experience.
Provide feedback from the field to assist in continuous product improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
Experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
Strong understanding of national security issues and related technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel.
