About the role
- Order Management Specialist overseeing order coordination from receipt to invoicing at stp.one. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and order management.
Responsibilities
- Order acceptance and processing: Receiving, reviewing and processing incoming orders, including maintaining the order book, contract review, and monitoring time-to-rent
- Contract management: Maintaining existing contracts, including terminations and contract amendments
- Invoicing: Executing billing/invoice runs up to and including implementation of annual price increases as instructed
- Order processing (third-party products): Managing orders from entry to delivery to ensure all orders are processed and billed accurately and on time
- Customer communication: Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding order status, invoices, contracts and any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in order management / order processing and contract administration
- Experience handling complex orders and their billing, ideally in the context of subscription contracts
- Professional experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented company
- Very good knowledge of common Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central
- Good experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
- Solution-oriented and highly meticulous working style
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
