Responsibilities
Set and execute the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for B2B growth within Stord
Own business performance across key financial, operational, and customer success metrics

Identify opportunities to scale capabilities, improve efficiency, and strengthen client outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations, sales, account management, product, engineering, and finance to deliver business objectives
Serve as the executive contact for major B2B clients, advocating for their needs while balancing business goals
Manage resources, budgets, and investments to maximize impact and ROI
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams that embrace accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Contribute to company-wide leadership discussions and strategic planning
Adapt responsibilities and priorities as business needs evolve, ensuring Stord remains agile and competitive in the B2B space
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 5 years leading large-scale B2B operations
Proven experience managing multi-site fulfillment or distribution centers serving enterprise-level retail or B2B clients
Demonstrated ability to oversee operations at scale, including high-volume order processing, large teams, and significant P&L responsibility
Significant leadership experience in general management, operations, or business ownership roles, ideally within B2B, supply chain, or logistics
Strong track record of delivering measurable business results across financial and operational outcomes
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
