Responsibilities
- Ensure respectful care of our residents
- Participate in medical history taking and information gathering
- Create individually tailored care plans that take gerontopsychiatric aspects into account
- Provide gerontopsychiatric support and accompaniment for our senior residents
Requirements
- Qualified nurse (geriatric, general, or medical/registered nurse)
- Professional experience in elderly care
- Advanced training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist
- Highly empathetic and sensitive in dealings with older adults
- Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Identification with the values of the diaconal mission
