About the role

Responsibilities
- Fulfilment management: Relationship management with external fulfilment providers
- Fulfilment & Logistical excellence: Oversee fulfilment and delivery of DTC and retail orders
- Launch management: Oversee operational preparation for DTC product launches
- Process excellence: Adhere to and improve SOPs for logistics management and order fulfilment
- Data & Reporting: Report on performance of fulfilment partners against KPIs
- Systems management: Maintain smooth flow of orders through our ERP system
- Project management: Cross team collaboration
Requirements
- 1+ years of Operations experience (Supply Chain, Fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, transportation)
- B. A. degree required
- Previous experience managing and influencing internal & external stakeholders
