- Identify, map and analyze the organization’s existing processes to understand how they work, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement;
- Produce clear and accurate documentation of business processes, including flow diagrams, activity descriptions, procedures and relevant policies;
- Identify gaps between the current and desired state of processes and define the necessary improvements;
- Design and develop optimized, efficient processes, taking into account best practices, organizational needs and technological constraints;
- Monitor trends, identify opportunities for innovation and propose continuous improvements to business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Ability to map, design and optimize business processes using notations such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Familiarity with process design and automation tools such as Zeev
- Nice to have: certification in process modeling
