**The opportunity**
To deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support the firm’s brand, growth priorites, and client engagement objectives. This role focuses on co-ordinating multi-channel campaigns, managing channels as appropriate including social media, event promotion, advertising, sponsorship etc to ensure timely, impactful delivery.
**Responsibilities**
Campaigns & events
Co-ordinate campaign delivery, working closely with/supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Create and deliver marketing campaigns for events and exhibitions.
Content creation & publishing
Adapt and prepare campaign content for digital and social channels, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
Support optimisation for engagement and clarity, working with colleagues to tailor content for different platforms.
Website content (insights and campaign-related)
Upload campaign and event content to the website and ensure timely updates.
Liaise with the Senior Digital Executive for technical requirements and SEO optimisation.
Advertising & media
Coordinate advertising bookings and creative delivery for campaigns and events.
Liaise with external media for campaign-specific editorial opportunities.
Publications and email
Produce newsletters/publications, manage mailing lists and send out e-marketing.
Team support
Manage queries in the marketing inbox.
Requirements
**Essential**
Ability to deliver engaging marketing outputs across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
Experience co-ordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing and event promotion.
Working knowledge of CMS platforms for uploading and maintaining campaign content.
Proven ability to schedule and manage social media activity as part of integrated campaigns, with awareness of platform trends.
Experience supporting event marketing, including campaign planning, asset coordination and timeline management.
**Personal attributes**
High attention to detail, with strong proofreading ability to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality content.
Strong organisation skills, taking full ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively, consistently demonstrating alignment with the firm’s core values.
**Desirable**
Have held a similar position in professional services environment or law firm.
