About the role

- Verify and send payment slips (boletos) and invoices;
- Perform registration updates and record movements;

- Act as an interface with other areas of the company to ensure correct operationalization of billing strategies;
- Coordinate communications with the relationship team and with operators/insurers, ensuring alignment and smooth process flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in brokerage;
- Experience with billing routines (health, dental and life insurance);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset;
- Analytical profile and attention to detail;
