About the role

- Optional (for a Master's thesis): You connect research and practice — e.g., on topics like AI quality, automation, or psycholinguistics.
Requirements
- Enrolment in a degree program in Communication Studies, Linguistics, Psychology, Business Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Native German speaker or C2-level German proficiency.
- Strong language intuition and the ability to quickly assess whether communication is effective.
- Independent, reliable, and analytical working style.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and a startup mindset.
- Experience with chatbots, CRM systems, or customer dialogues is a plus but not required.
