Responsibilities
- Administration of Windows Server environments (2008 to 2022)
- Management of critical services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS, AD CS and WSUS
- Identity management, authentication, permissions and group policy administration
- Administration of SCCM and Intune (software distribution, patching and compliance)
- Management of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid integrations
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
- Advanced VMware administration (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion)
- Management of clustered Hyper-V environments
- Work with Nutanix (AHV, Prism, hyperconverged environments)
- Storage management (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, multipath)
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- Provisioning and resource management in Microsoft Azure (VMs, VNETs, NSG, Load Balancer, Backup, Monitor)
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS)
- Integration of hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
- Workload migrations and cloud backup strategies
- Automation with PowerShell and Azure Automation
- Management of digital certificates (AD CS)
- Implementation of security policies, MFA and access control
- Monitoring with tools such as Zabbix
- Identity management and compliance with audit standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle licensing

- Management: SCCM, WSUS, Intune, Vicarius

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related fields
- Solid experience (10+ years) in IT infrastructure within corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server and directory services
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
- Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
- Networking and storage
- Advanced technical English (reading, writing and technical communication)
