About the role
- Senior Expert in Alpha Middle Office responsible for External Managers Hub transactions and stakeholder communication. Overseeing trade inquiries and organizational operations with a focus on client experience.
Responsibilities
- Be a Primary point of contact for External Manager Hub stakeholders, including Investor Managers, external managers, brokers, custodians, technology, third parties and internal business teams.
- Act as escalation point for the services rendered by External Manager hub with a view to deliver premier client experience and meet delivery standards.
- Own resolution of trade related inquiries across multiple financial products, including FX, equities, fixed income, money market instruments, listed and OTC derivatives.
- Own establishment of transaction delivery for new funds, products, asset managers and other operational events by working closely with external managers.
- Lead and drive relevant initiatives, including onboardings.
- Execute on required technical changes on asset manager side, and conducting end‑user testing across key data transmission applications.
- Maintain straight-through processing (STP) trade confirmation flows, coordinate connectivity updates, technical enhancements, system transformations, aligning stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Support colleagues in the team with knowledge, guidance and ownership.
- Coordinate and organize work schedules accordingly to business needs, support Assistant Vice President in executing departmental strategy.
