Responsibilities
You will take full responsibility for preliminary accounting: collect, verify, digitize, categorize documents and hand them over cleanly to the tax firm (e.g., via DATEV).
Act as the central interface to accounting, payroll, and social security agencies and resolve outstanding issues independently.
Ensure that employee, vacation, and absence records are maintained accurately — both for current staff and every new hire.
Build a tidy, digital back-office structure: cloud folders, contracts, documents, mailboxes, Excel overviews.
Support recruiting operations: post job ads, pre-screen applications, coordinate interviews.
Free up the management team so they can focus on growth and product.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in an administrative/commercial role (e.g., Office Management, Backoffice, Team Assistant, Administrative Clerk).
Experience with preliminary accounting; DATEV knowledge is a plus but not required.
