Responsibilities
Responsible for all Service activities in the territory assigned.
Set the operating standards for the Authorized Service Centers, measure performance against those standards and implement corrective/improvement actions.
Implementing, managing and tracking SBD‘s tool warranty policy to ensure proper standards of service and policy implementation.
Manage, train and develop the Authorized Service center technicians in inventory control/replenishment / Repair methods.
Ensure Inventory visibility at the Authorized Service Centers.
Willing to work with customers & retailers and initiate a promotion campaign for Brand visibility.
