Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across all eCommerce channels to drive revenue, market share and brand presence
Provide leadership and direction through a team to deliver impact and growth across the eCommerce business
Oversee analytics and insights to inform decision-making, identify opportunities, and address business challenges
Direct content and SEO strategy to maximize organic traffic, conversion rates, and brand engagement
Collaborate and negotiate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Channel, and senior leaders to ensure alignment with growth objectives and direct the resolution of highly complex business issues
Stay ahead of industry trends including latest eCommerce tools and best practices and apply knowledge to drive performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field required
Masters degree preferred
15+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce and Sales, with a focus on growth, strategy, analytics and content optimization
Demonstrated success managing and growing an eCommerce business; Amazon experience is preferred
Strategic, growth-minded thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital marketing metrics, and growth levers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment
