Responsibilities
Define and lead an omnichannel growth strategy aligned with business objectives, integrating distribution and eCommerce;
Define the marketing strategy to support sales across all channels;
Develop launch plans for promotions and seasonal campaigns;
Optimize the channel mix based on profitability and positioning;
Analyze market data and identify opportunities and risks;
Translate data into strategic recommendations and develop dashboards;
Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, operations, finance);
Oversee external partners responsible for execution (eCommerce, agencies, etc.).
Requirements
University degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent);
Proven experience in go-to-market, online commerce and marketing (5+ years);
Proficiency with performance tracking, reporting and CRM tools (sales forecasting, data analysis);
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal — English is required to collaborate with our partners and internal teams across Canada;
Strong analytical rigor and ability to monitor and drive performance indicators;
Initiative and proactivity to identify and resolve operational issues;
Ability to manage multiple teams (internal and external) and projects simultaneously;
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment;
Ability to positively influence contributors and act as a strategic partner internally and externally;
Ability to simplify performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
