Responsibilities
- Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)
- Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times
- Create and Document SOPs
- Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
- 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience
- Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
