About the role
- SAP Implementation Process Lead for Supply Chain managing implementation of supply planning and inventory optimization processes. Collaborating across functions to ensure project success with adherence to SAP best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support end to end SAP implementation for the Supply Planning (strategic/tactical, operational), Inventory Optimization (Safety Stock targets), Production Planning, MRP planning, and Demand Planning.
- Work with the broader organization to ensure end-to-end processes flow in and out of supply as expected.
- Work with the business to perform gap analysis, training, and implementation for the designated process stream.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and hyper care for the implementation.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes within the process area to ensure project success.
- Own and lead demand planning discussions to drive a successful S4H implementation.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies and Global Template.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry with at least 2 years of experience in SAP implementation preferred.
- Previous SAP implementation experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- APICS/ASCM certification is preferred but not required.
