About the role

  • Marketing Project Manager responsible for managing deliverables across marketing projects at Stanford Health Care. Ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and client expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the successful delivery of marketing projects
  • Stakeholder and resource management across a portfolio of various projects
  • Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
  • Develop and produce financial and management reports
  • Track project/campaign performance to analyze successful completion of goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Four (4) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, creative, e-commerce or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple detail-oriented projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal and presentation.
  • Experience with project management software (preferably Workfront and SmartSheets).
