Responsibilities
Operationalizing and scaling Sprout’s partner ecosystem to achieve total revenue contribution by 2026
Supporting the expansion of the MSP vertical and scouting potential MSP partners
Owning the 'Partner Toolkit' and conducting regular enablement sessions
Managing and optimizing referral workflows and overseeing the execution of incentive programs
Requirements
2–4 years in Channel Marketing, Partner Management, or Business Development (B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence external stakeholders
Comfortable tracking MRR data, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics
