Experiencia en marketing digital, especialmente en eMailing y publicidad de pago en motores de búsqueda (Google Ads) y social media (Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
Dominio de herramientas de performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, y CRM (Salesforce es un plus).
Conocimiento de procesos de publicidad tradicional como impresos de gran formato, sherpas, branding, eventos.
Dominio de gestión y lineamientos de marca.
Experiencia desarrollando contenido estratégico, campañas multicanal y lead magnets de alto impacto.
Capacidad analítica avanzada: mide, interpreta y toma decisiones basadas en datos.
Visión comercial: entiende el ciclo de venta y construye junto al equipo de ventas, no en paralelo.
Mentalidad de propuesta y ejecución: es una persona que piensa, crea y hace.
