Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated book of SMB business, acting as the primary point of contact for IT Directors and Security Admins.

Ensure "sticky" adoption of our security controls across the client’s organization.
Identify and execute on expansion opportunities, focusing on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B Account Management with a focus on retention and expansion.
Experience managing pipelines in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and accurate forecasting.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape (Ransomware, DLP, Shadow IT).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (capable of leading QBRs).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or related field is a nice-to-have.
