- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Present sprint progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and innovation in Agile practices to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe Scrum Master
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with development teams
