Responsibilities
Design clear, intuitive user experiences for B2B digital solutions functionality, ensuring complex product catalogs, ordering processes and account management features are accessible and efficient
Create responsive/mobile UX designs for existing and new solutions
Apply and maintain existing design system for B2B touchpoints, ensuring consistency in our B2B ecosystem and alignment with brand guidelines
Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications in Figma that translate seamlessly into development-ready screens
Initiate and prioritize user research activities in collaboration with our research team, incorporating feedback to iteratively refine B2B user experiences through User-Centered Design methodologies
Work closely with product management and developers to design within given technical constraints, advocating for optimal user experience while balancing business requirements
Document design solutions and rationale according to our Experience Design team guidelines, ensuring clear handoff to development teams
Requirements
Around 3 years of experience designing user experiences for web and mobile apps, with preference for B2B or e-commerce platforms
Strong proficiency with design systems in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens and documentation practices
University degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI or similar field
Experience designing complex information architectures and user flows for multi-step processes
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones
Good understanding of modern front-end development
Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is a strong plus
