Amazon & Marketplace Specialist tasked with managing online sales on Amazon and other European marketplaces. Focus on content, pricing, marketing campaigns, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Own Amazon 3P and assigned European marketplaces from onboarding to performance
Manage product setup, content, compliance, pricing, availability, and promotions
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, platform-native marketing)
Monitor KPIs (net sales, conversion, ROAS, profitability) and report insights
Align calendars with local teams, Brand.com, and retail partners
Identify new opportunities—new channels, new countries, new partners
Support the regional eCommerce teams as needed and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
2-4 years’ experience in Amazon 3P and/or European marketplace management
Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and direct sales
Solid commercial and analytical skills with experience managing sales, pricing, and promotions
Comfortable operating independently and staying proactive without constant push
Skilled in campaign planning and performance optimization
Fluent English; other European languages a plus
Experience in D2C or omnichannel environments preferred
