Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience
Requirements
Contact centre, sales or telemarketing experience (inbound and outbound)
A sales mindset with a genuine desire to help people
A clear, confident and persuasive phone manner
Proven success achieving and exceeding KPIs
Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Resilience, energy, and self-motivation
Creativity and takes accountability
