About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and review items/questions for educational assessments for Basic Education following the INEP model.
- Evaluate Portuguese Language items and other language areas, ensuring quality and adherence to technical criteria.
- Manage the editorial production process for learning assessments.
- Work collaboratively with the team, adapting to change and maintaining clear, objective communication.
Requirements
- Degree in Portuguese Language.
- Experience in item development and review.
- Knowledge of assessment frameworks/matrices such as ENEM and SAEB.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Behavioral competencies such as teamwork, organization, flexibility, resilience, and proactivity.
