About the role

  • Content & Research Manager developing and enhancing content strategy for the Kaske Group, focusing on pharma-related market analysis and targeted content distribution. Collaborating with various teams to ensure quality content creation and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • You support the development and ongoing refinement of our content and research strategy, bringing structure to topics, formats, and publication schedules.
  • You research, analyze, and adapt complex industry and market topics in the digital German and international pharmaceutical sector for target audiences — from studies and white papers to specialist articles and digital formats.
  • You ensure that content is technically sound, understandable, and relevant. You are responsible for creating and publishing content and oversee review and approval processes.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders from various teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Consulting, PR) and actively contribute to topic development to advance and optimize content.
  • You handle distribution of created content across multiple channels (website, content portal, social media, mailings, press).
  • You evaluate content and marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs and derive optimization opportunities.
  • You work with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support analysis of leads and performance data.

Requirements

  • You have a strong understanding of complex contexts and can structure them clearly.
  • You have experience creating textual, analytical, and graphical content, ideally in a B2B or knowledge-driven environment.
  • You work in an organized, detail-oriented manner and maintain oversight across multiple topics and stakeholders.
  • You can formulate and present content clearly and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
  • You are interested in data-driven work, new tools, and ideally AI-supported workflows.
  • In addition to content creation, you already have experience in content distribution and related tools for tasks such as website maintenance, email marketing, social media management, and PR.
  • You already have experience working with AI tools on a daily basis and are prepared to integrate them into all relevant content strategy workflows.
  • You are customer- and service-oriented, and you maintain strong relationship management skills and empathy.
